Sierra Pointe has a very active walking club. Members use walking maps and paths to walk the senior living community’s beautiful grounds. Walking is an easy form of exercise. Just 15 minutes a day can set participants on the road to better health. This is just one of the many opportunities for physical fitness offered at the senior living community.
