Kick-up Your Workout

Sierra Pointe has added a new fitness class to its already robust health and wellness calendar. Under the guidance of Zest Assistant Tracy J., residents will kick-up their workouts with martial arts. Tracy has over a decade of experience in Taekwondo and has a 2nd dan black belt. The class will be offered in a small group setting to ensure plenty of social distancing and provide a full-body workout.
