Stretch to Better Health

Maintaining flexibility aids in muscle and joint health, and at SpringRidge at Charbonneau, there’s an entire fitness class dedicated to improving and maintaining residents’ flexibility. Each week, Wellness & Fitness Coordinator Amy L., guides them through a series of mild resistance and self-massage exercises. With residents’ safety in mind, the class is offered in a small group setting to ensure social distancing. Best of all, “Flex & Stretch” is designed for all fitness levels.
