Get Fit

SpringRidge’s “Get Fit” class keeps residents’ energy level high with upbeat, lively music. Fitness guru and facilitator Jill Walker has extensive experience working with older adults and ensures each class’ routine is structured on improving balance and preventing falls. Strength training and other weight-bearing exercises are included as well as both standing and seated workouts. Residents continue to see health improvements, and the class is so popular it’s offered twice a week!
