My mom has lived at La Siena for 4 years now. I wouldn’t have her anywhere else. The staff is compassionate and patient. Jonathan, the director is accessible and truly loves his job. The residents are happy with his management and engagement with residents and staff. Nicky goes above and beyond and Martine and Pancho are the best facility managers. Always smiling and helping others. I could go on and on. Our parents deserve the best, especially in their late years. PS Thank you La Sienna for keeping our loved ones safe during Covid. Forever grateful

After touring about three assisted living places in the Phoenix area our family chose La Siena. From the very first encounter, we experienced a wonderful, caring staff. Our mother moved in about a year ago and we were so pleased she was here with all the amenities and the staff. We became close to many, including some of the residents. Jonathan, the director, is superb. Thank you La Siena.

It is a 5 star luxury facility. Above and beyond service and care. A spa, Nail Salon, full therapy room with therapists. And the feed you 3 meals a day which are excellent. Also have house keeping, 24 hour nursing. Emergency pendants. Yes the price is high but it's a nice place if you can afford it. It's a Ritz compared to a Hilton.

This is the second time I've met with Linda Hall. She is an excellent representative for your retirement community. She answered all of my questions and is a joy to meet with. When I returned for dinner that evening the receptionist was expecting me and was also extremely nice. Dinner was great.

Overall Lauren’s presentation of the community was fantastic. I believe with the coronavirus restrictions a few things were maybe handled differently. My example would be at the time we were visiting their were a few Jewish holiday traditions going on. Lauren shared that the community was very diverse but didn’t invite us to listen to a traditional ending of the Jewish holiday. The event was outside and not a lot of people were there. I felt my mom would have had a more favorable mood.

I cannot believe the terrible reviews listed above. I have found living here to be the best decision we could have made. We moved in Jan 24th and unfortunately the covid virus made it necessary for the director and corporate to make tough decisions to keep our vulnerable population safe and engaged. They have done that in many remarkable ways. It would be nice to be served and eat in the dining room with our new friends but it can't be that way. It would be nice to have many of the interactive events active again. But the staff from the young people who serve our meals to our rooms, to maintenance, transportation and housekeeping are consistently thoughtful, kind, eager to please and always with a smile. After five months we are still restricted in what we can do but the activities department is constantly planning new activities to keep us occupied. `I look forward to a more reasonable time but will wait until it is wise to do so.

Lauren was a good listener and understood our special circumstances. She was NOT pushy and this was very appreciated. THis is a hard decision and has to be made by our mother. The lunch was delicious and my mom enjoyed meeting some friends who currently live there.

Everything about our visit was perfect. I had experience visiting at Villa Hermosa here in Tucson. So I was very aware of the community and felt comfortable. with the surroundings. I was really pleased with my husbands reaction which was super positive. we have actually chosen your property but it will be a year or less before we can make the move. I cannot wait.

For your information, I had stayed with my late mother Shirley Marks at La Siena a few times before her passing in 2013. The community remains very attractive. The residents I saw looked well and engaged. The facilities continue to be well maintained.
