The Village at NorthRidge’s popular Tai Chi instructor, Sarah Lowam, leads residents through gentle Tai Chi exercises that help improve balance and build strength. Tai Chi consists of making slow, graceful movements while breathing deeply which is a tremendous help for our circulation. At The Village of NorthRidge, a variety of supervised fitness activities are offered which meets the needs of all residents.
