The Village at NorthRidge has a very active walking club. Members enjoy walking the paths in and around the active retirement community’s beautiful grounds. Walking is one of the easiest forms of exercise and offers a wealth of health benefits, including stronger bones and improved balance. In addition to reaping these benefits, walking outdoors also improves vitamin D levels.
