Experience a Full-Body Workout

Fitness boxing is a great mind-body exercise for older adults. The Village at NorthRidge offers a weekly Rock Steady Boxing class via Zoom. Residents can lace up their sneakers and experience a full-body workout from the comfort of their residences. Under the instruction of Dean Moskowitz, they can keep mentally and physically fit while improving balance and strength. Research shows boxing is also great to help offset the symptoms of movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease.
