Try a DanceFit Class

Residents at The Carlisle Naples will close out the month on a high note! They are moving and grooving to better health thanks to a Latin DanceFit class. The upbeat workout incorporates Latin and salsa dance moves, and best of all, the class is perfect for all fitness levels. Dancing offers the same great health benefits as a traditional workout, with participants burning between 200 to 400 calories with 30 minutes of dancing.
