Join a Walking Club

Walking is an excellent way to improve physical health, elevate moods and decrease blood pressure. La Vida at Mission Viejo residents enjoy participating in the senior living community’s walking club, a popular social activity for all. In October, residents can participate in regular walks four times a week, which helps establish healthy routines and meets fitness goals. It’s a great way to increase steps, meet friends and reap the health benefits of the great outdoors!
