Each month, La Vida at Mission Viejo offers numerous opportunities for physical fitness. From low-impact workouts to high-energy classes, there is something for every fitness level. In June, for example, residents can participate in a cardio exercise class that incorporates weights and resistance bands. Offered in a small group setting, the hour-long class offers a full-body workout and targets all muscle groups. Physical activity has been shown to enhance your mobility, flexibility and balance.
