Residents at La Vida at Mission Viejo have the opportunity to perform the artful exercise medium that is Tai Chi every Friday morning. This fluid martial art movement has great physical as well as mental health benefits. Tai Chi is scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. In addition, it can help with alleviating chronic pain. The class is just one of many opportunities for fitness offered at the senior living community.
