There are numerous opportunities for health and wellness offered at our senior living community. In March, for example, a new fitness class provides a full mind, body and soul workout. M.B.S Fit combines cardio with strength training and mindful meditation. Plus, the class is offered on our putting green, enabling residents to reap the many health benefits of being in the great outdoors.
