In honor of National Senior Health & Wellness Day, we’re hosting a Health & Fitness Fair, showcasing the many classes and programs offered at our senior living community to motivate residents to lead a more active lifestyle. Zumba Gold, Cardio Dancing and Fitness Drumming are just a few of the classes that will be available. Best of all, our classes can be modified for all fitness levels. At The Wellington, fitness matters!
