Try Yoga

The Regency’s residents are invited to try a yoga class with certified instructor Elizabeth Logue. She teaches a form of yoga called ATX. This is a unique mind-body active relaxation program that focuses on mobility, core, strength, stretching, and breathing.  Some of the benefits that ATX enthusiasts report feeling are reduced stress, decreased pain in problem areas, and increased range of motion, improved posture and an increased improvement to their overall well-being. The class is just one of many opportunities for fitness offered at the senior living community.
