Show off Your Culinary Skills

At Las Palmas, residents rave about the culinary talents of Executive Chef Alfredo D. This month, the chef is showing off his skill for a much larger audience. He’s participating in the California Assisted Living Association’s Culinary Fall Forum competition. The event challenged chefs at senior living communities to “enrich the skill set of viewers with something new, simple, and easy to replicate in their home kitchens.” Chef Alfredo is sure to wow the judges with his delectable spring rolls. Rice paper and a healthy variety of vegetables such as asparagus, lettuce, cucumbers and carrots combine for this delicious dish.
