Fitness matters at Las Palmas! Residents are invited to try zone strength training, which uses resistance bands (like stretchy rubber bands) for a full-body stretch.  Zone-by-zone training builds strength and muscle mass. Current studies show that strength training is the most important exercise for older adults. At Las Palmas, a variety of exercise classes are offered, perfect for all fitness levels.
