April 15th is National Walking Day! While social distancing is vital to reducing the spread of the coronavirus, it’s also important to get some much needed physical activity. One of the ways a resident can stay active at Silver Springs is going for a stroll around the senior living community’s grounds. The walking areas also enable he or she to maintain the recommended distance of six feet from fellow neighbors who may also be enjoying Mother Nature.
