Peninsula Del Rey welcomes Mixed Martial Arts instructor Gino Francisco for a  fitness class incorporating Muah-tai, karate and Jiu-jitsu techniques. Gino has extensive knowledge and expertise working with a variety of martial arts programs for all ages. At Peninsula Del Rey, fitness matters!
