Take a Cooking Class

Each month, Peninsula Del Rey’s executive chef invites residents to learn about the wonderful health benefits of a plant-based diet. Chef Justine makes the socially distanced cooking classes fun and interactive. In July, residents will learn how to make delicious vegetable sushi. Peninsula Del Rey offers a plant-based FreshZest menu in addition to an extensive menu of traditional favorites. A plant-based diet has been shown to lower the risk of disease and improve overall health.
