Residents at Peninsula Del Rey have the opportunity to perform the artful exercise medium that is Tai Chi every Friday morning. This fluid martial art movement has great physical and mental health benefits. Tai Chi is scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. In addition, it can help with alleviating chronic pain. The active retirement community also offers robust, high-intensity workouts for residents who prefer a more fast-paced class.
