Residents at The Village at Ocotillo have a new tool to enhance their yoga sessions: blocks. The active retirement community’s fitness instructor will host a socially distanced Yoga Block Tutorial class, guiding residents on the use of blocks to enhance poses and improve range of motion. Yoga is associated with mind, body and soul wellness, and the gentle stretching exercises are ideal for all fitness levels.
