Make a Splash with Water Aerobics

Water fitness is excellent low-impact exercise that is perfect for older adults. The Village at Ocotillo is pleased to offer a new water aerobics class twice per week. Research has shown that it can help maintain strength and muscle tone, improve heart and lung function, and improve blood flow. It’s also great for weight loss or to maintain one’s weight. The class adds to the numerous opportunities for fitness offered at the active retirement community.
