Walking has been scientifically proven to improve one’s mood, lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease. In addition, it is a fun social activity that incorporates friends with fresh air! The Village at Ocotillo is proud to offer a variety of exercise programs for all fitness levels.
