Try Circuit Training

The Grove at Cerritos will offer a morning circuit training fitness class for residents to start their day with cardio exercises. Residents will move quickly through a circuit of 8-10 exercise stations that work different muscle groups. In a circuit training workout, participants rotate from station to station with little recovery time in between, resulting in a rewarding and efficient workout. Circuit workouts have numerous benefits, including cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength.
