Have an Americana Experience

In honor of Independence Day, The Grove at Cerritos will host an Americana themed food truck event. Since residents at the senior living community are social distancing, the Zest Department will bring the party to their residences. Roving “food trucks” will roll through residential hallways, delivering a variety of delicious drinks, foods and snacks. Among the highlights are pulled pork and barbecue jackfruit sliders, jicama and cilantro chopped salad, peach cobbler and fresh-squeezed strawberry lemonade. Residents will also learn about the history of food trucks during this fun – and delicious – event.
