Reap the Benefits of Walking

Walking is one of the easiest and best forms of exercise. To beat the summer heat,  residents of The Grove at Cerritos are invited to join the fitness team for a walk inside the community where it’s nice and cool. Participants will use the indoor walking map as a guide to track their distance. Walking in a group is a nice way to socialize and get to know the neighbors while improving fitness.
