There’s a new way to stay fit at The Heights at Burbank! The senior living community now offers a new exercise class, “Pedal Pushers.” Residents receive their own set of pedals and can cycle their way to improved overall physical fitness by building strength and cardiovascular endurance – while social distancing. “Pedal Pushers” is just one of the many opportunities for physical exercise at The Heights at Burbank!
