Participate in a Community Walk

Walking is a great way to kick off your day and improve cardiovascular health. Group walking has the added benefit of offering peer support and socialization, all while getting fit and healthy. Residents at The Heights at Burbank have a weekly opportunity to head to a local park for a group stroll. They can walk at their own pace and healthy snacks are provided. At The Heights at Burbank, fitness matters!
