The Piedmont at Buckhead is offering a twice-weekly circuit training class for residents. Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training using intense aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. There are many exercises that can be adapted for most ability levels, and all experience levels are invited. The class is perfect for residents seeking a high-energy, robust fitness activity.
