Meditation Monday is a new class being offered to residents at The Piedmont at Buckhead to help them achieve these great benefits. This guided meditation class is perfect for all experience levels, so first-time participants need not feel intimidated. The class is just one of the many opportunities for health and wellness offered at the active retirement community.
