The Piedmont at Buckhead has added a new spin class to its already robust fitness calendar. Spinning uses stationary bicycles which participants pedal at different speeds. It’s an excellent way to increase strength and endurance and increase one’s heart rate. Spinning enables riders to clear their heads and get into the “zone”. This class is perfect or all fitness levels and residents are sure to have a blast burning calories in a fun environment.
