- Scheduled transportation services to doctors’ appointments, shopping, events and entertainment
- Spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom residences
- Utilities (except phone) including basic cable TV, heating, air conditioning,

Assisted Living at The Piedmont at Buckhead
The Piedmont’s assisted living services take a “whole-person” approach to wellness, and are tailored to meet your needs, now and in the future. Services can be dialed up, or back, at any time, so you are always getting the help you need. Residents choosing assisted living services enjoy all of the service amenities and common areas as listed above, as well as highly-personalized care services as needed to support independence and wellness. Here are the additional services offered for assisted living:

Through our partnership with ONR, residents at The Piedmont at Buckhead are fully equipped to start to heal and feel better. Rehabilitative services can be tailored to the unique needs of each person to support them in regaining or retaining health and independence.
- Physical Therapy to help you bounce back and feel better as soon as possible
- Occupational Therapy using sensorimotor treatments to increase strength, endurance, range of motion, coordination and balance
- Speech Pathologists are ready to help with speech therapy or swallowing disorders by including exercises to build up oral muscle strength and function
- Available Respiratory Therapists offer detailed treatment options designed to return residents to their optimal breathing capacity

My wife was cared for in Piedmont’s Assisted Living for only six weeks bridging her transition from rehab ultimately to hospitalization and inpatient hospice. She presented a significant challenges due to the extreme pain she was enduring. The caregivers faithfully and sensitively cared for her throughout. The Assisted Living manager was fully accessible and ensured my wife’s needs were accommodated to the extent possible. When I am eventually ready to move into an independent-living retirement community, Piedmont at Buckhead will be my first choice.

The Piedmont is an ideal location in Buckhead and close to Sandy Springs. The residence building is beautiful with gorgeous apartments, wonderful facilities that are easily accessible via elevators. The Piedmont offers a wide variety of activities. All the employees are friendly and respectful. My Mom has been a resident for 5 years and is particularly thankful to Jade her cleaning lady. She always goes above and beyond in her work. Mom can trust Jade and everyone in the building with the security of her belongings.

Working in the Piedmont at Buckhead community has been such a fantastic experience. It is an absolutely gorgeous building with the best leadership and staff. The leadership team and staff members truly care about each resident and strive daily to make the senior living experience amazing from tailoring activities to suit the residents to ensuring the food is superb. I would 100% recommend moving into this community if you are considering senior living as you are sure to get the best service and care.

I moved into the Piedmont two years ago and I have never been happier. My apartment is beautiful. This is such a friendly place. Nicola Gordon, the director of food service, is so welcoming and accommodating. We are served breakfast and dinner and the food is delicious. There are many choices for each meal . If you are not happy with the choices you can always order something else from the main menu. There are so many activities. They range from things like bingo and trivia to creative activities like crafts, art, and writing. There is a beautiful swimming pool and a great gym and there are many activities in this area also. Family is always welcome. This is one of the friendliest places including both staff and residents. If you are looking for a new home the Piedmont in Buckhead is the place to live .

My father is a resident, first in the independent section and now in assisted living. Everyone is kind, respectful and so supportive - not just with my father but with all of us. Making the move to assisted living is tough, but Susan has helped us tremendously. She is calm and reassuring through every step. At this point, just hearing her voice, knowing that she is present and ready to care for my family in every way, soothes my worries and fears.

The Piedmont at Buckhead offers many advantages and Jade (Housekeeping Supervisor) heads my list. She is reliable, goes above and beyond as she performs her duties and adds her personal touch. The Transportation and Zest Departments and other entities keep residents on the move.

The Piedmont is definitely a premier senior living facility. The community is beautiful and the staff is extremely inviting. As an employee, I love that Ms. Nicola not only does a great job at staffing, but she’s always making sure her residents & employees are well taken care of. This has been, by far, my favorite working experience!

My experiences at Piedmont are great..first I would like to say Jade who is the head of housekeeping and happens to be (lucky me)my housekeeper is super and works really hard to keep things running right..The Zest dept is wonderful also, Taylor and her group of wonderful women are constantly doing their very best to keep us busy and entertained..

My mom and dad have enjoyed meeting new people at the Piedmont. They moved in not knowing anyone and now have lots of friends. The apartment is spacious and my mom can garden on the porch. I am grateful they are here!

The Piedmont have turned around completely. I’m loving the new staff & ALL the residents there. Very friendly & pet friendly too! It’s clean on every floor you go to. Lots of activities to do to keep everyone busy & happy. When you walk through the door it looks like a Pallace, not to mention the sound of music when you enter just gets your day started.

The Piedmont at Buckhead goes above and beyond in all aspects and is a wonderful choice for Senior living in Atlanta! From food, to staff, to management, the Piedmont excides all expectations. Management is professional, friendly and timely. The Executive Director Sanaa Black is one of the kindest and most sincere people I have ever had the chance to work with. She is quick to help, and makes each and every resident feel like a valued and cared for family member. I have yet to have anything short of amazing interactions with every staff member at The Piedmont. You are sure to be greeted with friendly faces and warm smiles from all the staff as soon as you enter! They have a wonderful chef who creates new menus everyday for the residents that even include plant based options! There are over 14 reoccurring activities every week for residents to choose from as well as different monthly outings and monthly activities. Overall, The Piedmont is a top choice when looking for senior living in Buckhead. It is easy to stay active and healthy and also feel loved by all.

This was a follow up visit to discuss potential options for my wife’s return after a year’s absence due to a COVID-19 lockdown. Anthony, the maintenance director was extremely helpful in discussing some environmental issue resolutions in her former apartment and floor hallways. He is an excellent representative for Piedmont

My wife resided there for almost 3 years, but was removed at Covid lockdown. I was surveying potential vacancy for an eventual return, but not in the same apartment due to an inappropriate HVAC unit (my opinion). I’m looking at other communities for better value as well.

All of the answers given for the survey apply to Earl McCarthy who was the sales counselor that I worked with. He was wonderful and will be a great asset for my client as she works to find a community for her Mother. The only aspect that I feel could be improved was the valet associate that I worked with. He was on his phone when I dropped off and picked up my car. Otherwise, a great visit!

Judy was very informative and gracious. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and went over many situations. This was my first visit as I am just starting to check out various communities to see where and what I would like to do. I am not planning to move until late spring or early summer 2019. Piedmont is a lovely place where I would like to live but I have to decide if I want a 55+ community or an apartment.

Considering the pricing there are some basic improvements that to my opinion should be done in the apartments. For example that kitchen should have S/S appliances; the washer/dryer should be placed in a special closet, not in the middle of a walking closet; the sliding doors are mot supposed to have railing in the bottom that represent a dangerous obstacle,.
