Barabar OUTSTANDING is assisting and directing family and helping them to cope. Unfortunately, my father not ready and very overwhelmed day of appointment. His vision of seeing residents in open area "asleep on couches/chairs" and appearing old to him scared him as he doesn't see his wife looking like "his vision" that he saw at center. He still sees his wife as young (she is 78), physically walking long distances/good shape (which she is), she has issues with dementia.

No doubt it would be favorable to live at the Kensington......my personal thoughts are the cost....if I was sure I could maintain the cost....Mel W

This was my second visit when I was treated to a meal to carry me through the presentation. Add this to my first reply....."Penny" truely helped and desire to make me feel at home. Please convey my thanks for her genuine help in making me feel wanted. Mel Weiner

Without a doubt "Penny" whose true name escapes me...but appreciate being able to say she was (is) really expresses desire to help and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Very welcomed! You saved me by passing to her my humble thanks for her help. Please do....if anyone wants me to come back....it is Penny....and if I return it will be because of her.

I was greatly impressed with the enthusiasm for their 'job' that was evident in the manner Penny and Sue enteracted with the group I was with....both of them, lovely ladies, as well as other staff who came around to say hello.
