Try Aqua Aerobics

Amber Light’s popular weekly aqua aerobics class with instructor Pam Wolfe continues in January. She leads participants in gentle exercise and stretches.  Water aerobics is especially helpful in easing joint and muscle pain, as the water provides comfortable support while exercising. It’s one of the many fitness classes offered for residents who want to keep fit and stay strong.
