Try a Yoga Class

Residents of Cypress at Golden Gate are invited to join instructors Mary and Sharon for yoga classes.  Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation for relaxation. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower the heart rate. The class includes deep thought meditation to recharge and reset the mind and is just one of many opportunities for fitness offered at the senior living community.
