Try Yoga

Coventry Place residents are invited to join instructor Sally Givens for Yoga classes.  Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical poses, controlled breathing, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower the heart rate. The class includes deep thought meditation to recharge and reset the mind. The class is just one of the many opportunities for health and wellness offered at the senior living community.
