Melany has been the consummate professional, as well as compassionate and caring during my search for my father's next home. She is not at all pushy; she genuinely seems to want what is best for him, whether or not it turns out to be La Vida. After looking at several possibilities and conducting fairly thorough research, I narrowed down the choices to La Vida and one other Memory Care facility as the top choices for my father. but ultimately my siblings and I chose La Vida. Melany's willingness to answer all of my questions, the expertise of the staff at La Vida (particularly Erin, the Director of Memory Care and Laura, the Executive Director), and the facility and surrounding grounds tipped the scales in favor of La Vida!

Perhaps set a time frame of about 45 minutes for a visit and save further discussions for after the visit of the community.
