Walk on Wednesdays

Fitness matters at Las Palmas! One of the easiest paths to fitness is regular walking. Residents are invited to join fitness instructor Becky Acosta in a gentle walk around the campus. The walks are approximately one mile and last about an hour with short fitness breaks every 200 yards. Walking is one of the easiest, most enjoyable, and most rewarding forms of exercise. All you need is a good pair of shoes, comfortable clothing, and desire.
