Residents at Silver Springs have an opportunity to lace up their walking shoes and take a relaxing indoor walk to beat the chilly winter weather. Walking has been scientifically proven to improve one’s mood, lower blood pressure, and reduce the risk of heart disease. In addition, it is a fun social activity that incorporates friends with exercise! Silver Springs is proud to offer a variety of exercise programs for all ability and experience levels for their residents – all year long!
