Kick Start a Fitness Program

Fitness matters at The Heights at Burbank! The active senior community’s fitness instructor has introduced a senior kickboxing class. While traditional kickboxing is a stand-up, combat sport based on kicking and punching, these exercises can be performed while seated. Residents looking to “kick up” their workout with a high-energy class are sure to enjoy this new addition to the calendar.
