At The Heights at Burbank, fitness matters!  The senior living community’s weekly balance and exercise class is a great starting point for residents who are looking for a low-impact activity in a comfortable group setting among friends and neighbors. Fitness instructor Lori Micheil leads the class in exercises that can be adapted to different levels of skills and abilities.
