Fitness matters at The Heights at Burbank! One of the easiest paths to fitness is regular walking. Residents are invited to join the senior living community’s fitness instructor for a gentle walk around Burbank. Walking is one of the easiest, most enjoyable, and most rewarding forms of exercise. All you need is a good pair of shoes, comfortable clothing, and desire. The In-Step Walking Group is just one of many opportunities for fitness offered at the community.
