Courtyard Residences

As a Maravilla Scottsdale resident, you’ll have the opportunity to make a personal choice from among nine distinctively designed courtyard residence and casita floor plans. Each residence features a fully equipped kitchen, flooring options, window treatments, washer and dryer, individual climate controls, walk-in closets, and balcony or patio.

The Independent Living Residences feature a vast array of services and amenities.

Services included in the Monthly Fee:

• One meal per day per resident
• All utilities (except phone) including electricity, heat, air conditioning, water, and basic cable TV
• Weekly housekeeping service 
• Interior/exterior and landscaping maintenance
• Scheduled transportation services
• 24-hour reception desk
• Social, cultural and recreational programs

Independent Living Residence Amenities:

• Distinctively designed one- and two-bedroom residences with or without den
• Floor plan designs ranging in size from 900 SF to 2,050 SF
• Color-coordinated interiors
• Floor and window coverings
• Individual climate controls (heating/air conditioning)
• Fully equipped, all electric kitchen featuring self-cleaning oven, built-in space-maker microwave oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker
• Washer and dryer
• Generous walk-in closets
• Spacious baths with special safety features
• Covered patios and balconies
• Security features including smoke detectors and sprinkler systems
• Emergency call system monitored 24 hours a day
