Receptionist (Full-Time / Part-Time)
The Carlisle Naples, Naples

JOB OBJECTIVE:
Serve as a key representative of the community and supports the Executive Director and Business Manager of their responsibilities. The Receptionist assists residents, monitors entry security, greets visitors, and answers phones while demonstrating work habits consistent with the organization’s philosophy creating and maintaining distinctive, service-enriched housing environments for America’s senior population.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Operates telephone console. Answers, announces and transfers calls as required. Takes and distributes messages as necessary for residents and staff.
  • Greets all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
  • Screens and requires visitors to “sign-in” at reception desk.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills while performing all job tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
