Caregivers (Full-Time / Part-Time)

JOB OBJECTIVE:
To assist residents with activities of daily living.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Delivering services and monitoring resident needs according to the resident’s service plan including; personal care, monitoring health needs and assisting residents with medications (as delegated by the LPN / LVN) per state regulations.
- Conducting or assisting residents in their programming activities.
- Ensure high quality of resident care and recommend ways to improve quality.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- CNA or experience as a caregiver.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES;
- Knowledge and experience in working with elderly preferred.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
